Upstream has fixed some bugs in gnome-video-arcade which would be great
to get in 12.04.

Specifically gnome-video-arcade doesn't work with the version of MAME
shipped in the Ubuntu repository (0.145) due to some change in the
format of data MAME produces. This makes gnome-video-arcade pretty much
unusable for its primary purpose.
