  * remove obsolete debian/docs debian/dirs
  * add build dependency on libffi
  * allow local non-quilt mods
  * quilt patch for automake bit rot (closes: #660416)

  * dh 9

  Please sync ikarus 0.0.3+bzr.2010.01.26-2 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
    * Fix FTBFS: Replace pkglib (deprecated) with pkgdata in Makefile.am
      (LP: #935180)

  The pkglib issue is now fixed in the last debian update.
