  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  The current version from sid doesn't ship a desktop entry and icon.
  This is a big usability bug, as novice users don't know how to start
  it after installing it from USC.

  Does only need a fix until we can sync to the next version from Debian
  that is not ready yet.
