Turns out not to be so true.

Given that there are no new features, this isn't urgent and can wait
until after FFe.

** Description changed:

Please sync megaglest 3.6.0.3-1 (universe) from Debian testing (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
- * README.txt confirms that this is for x86 architectures only (as forced
- by the x86 assembly in the FPU routines). Changed arch field to match.
- * Don't build with -DMINIUPNPC_VERSION_PRE1_6=true as we have 1.6 in
- the archive.
- * MegaGlest 3.6.0.3 upstream fixes several bugs in 3.6.0.2 (but does not
- introduce new features) and it would be a shame to have a less stable
- version in an Ubuntu LTS release.
