This sync will fix launchpad bug 919832, which is the same as Debian bug 659209.
Furthermore, the first bug-fix is a nice to have to also prevent build failures
for other packages where the environment is not cleaned properly. The second
bug fix is also needed for Ubuntu if the package Winff (or others like it) needs
a rebuild.
I build this version of lazarus already yesterday in my PPA [1] to see if it
fixes bug 919832. It does and it allows Winff to be build which is prevented by
Debian bug 656251.
