They do point releases (0.4.0 is the last one) but they commit bug fixes
regularly to stable branch, without adding new features, until a new
release is out. Here are the changes sinces the release to give you an
idea:

  opensource websearch engine and it would be great to have it in our
  upcoming LTS.
