Please sync librdf-query-perl 2.908-1 (universe) from Debian testing
(main)

This package currently tracks the development of the SPARQL 1.1
standard, currently at last call with the W3C. It is written by a
working group member and is one of two implementations that passes all
tests as of this release. There has been some changes since last
version, but they have all gone to improve the package. I therefore
hope it will be accepted in Precise.

  * Remove debian/source/local-options; abort-on-upstream-changes and
    unapply-patches are default in dpkg-source since 1.16.1.

  * Update short and long descriptions to match upstream.
  * Update package relations:
    + Stop recommending or build-depending on librdf-perl: Only
      optionally (and possibly bogusly) used in regression tests, not in
      production code.
    + Relax build-dependency on cdbs (needlessly tight).
    + Relax build-depend unversioned on debhelper and devscripts (needed
      versions satisfied even in oldstable).
