Please sync fcitx-configtool (0.4.0-2) from Debian Sid to Ubuntu
(universe), this is an important update since most users need the tool
to configure there input method.

fcitx-configtool (0.4.0-2) unstable; urgency=low

   * Enable GTK3, disable GTK2.
   * Correct mailing list address.
   * Use libunique3.
