You started a transition with the sync of libibumad 1.3.8-1. I will
unsubscribe ubuntu-sponsors from all reverse build dependencies of
libibumad. Please resubscribe ubuntu-sponsors to these bug reports once
libibumad 1.3.8-1 builds on all architectures, the libibumad3 passed
NEW, and all other build dependencies are satisfied in raring-proposed.
Please make sure that all seven reverse build dependencies are rebuilt
to finish the transition. Feel free to join #ubuntu-devel on Freenode
for further coordination and questions.

Bug description:
  Please sync opensm 3.3.15-2 (universe) from Debian experimental (main)

  The current version of opensm in Ubuntu is several years out of date, 
  and the new version is required to enable faster data rates ("FDR") and 
  virtualization/SR-IOV support.

  This exact version of packaging is built and working for precise and 
  quantal in my ppa: https://launchpad.net/~roland.dreier/+archive/ppa

  Changelog entries since current raring version 3.2.6-20090317-2.1:

    * Add missing libopensm5 pre-depends on multiarch.
