  Can break LTS to LTS upgrades

  Test Case:
  Install lucid with wildmidi, upgrade to precise

  Regression potential:
  Check that the upgrade goes without issue

  Upgrading from LTS to LTS+1 fails because some files were moved around
  in the Wildmidi packages between the config and the library. This
  needs a proper combination of Breaks/Conflicts/Provides/Replaces to
  fix.
