   * Added new packages:
     - eiskaltdcpp-qt-mini and eiskaltdcpp-qt-mini-dbg
     - eiskaltdcpp-gtk3 and eiskaltdcpp-gtk3-dbg
     - eiskaltdcpp-cli and libeiskaltdcpp-dev
   * debian/rules was updated:
     used hardening flags in compiler options
