Please sync system-config-cluster 1.0.53-1 (main) from Debian unstable
(main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Build-depend on python.
  * Build using dh_python2.
  * Use dh_pycentral instead of dh_python, avoids versioned dependency on
    python.
  * Drop Depends on esound (yay!)
  * Recommends: cman
  * Fix .desktop file to use gksu and X-KDE-SubstituteUID=true
  * New upstream release.
  * Cleanup patches.
  * Add build-dep on intltool for the shiny new translatables.
  * Add debian/patches/desktop-in-pot.dpatch: Add .desktop.in file to
    POTFILES.in to get its msgids into the POT file.
  * debian/rules:
    - Call intltool-update to update the POT file during build.
    - Add gettext domain to .desktop files to get language pack support for
      them.
According to the Debian maintainer [1], the Ubuntu packaging is bad beyond relief, and he recommended syncing the packaging from Debian. The Ubuntu delta is insignificant, and the Debian package builds perfectly in Quantal (I just did it). Furthermore, I attempted a merge of the Debian packaging, and bzr wouldn't even let me do it because there was no common ancestor for the two branches.
