unstable (main)

The changes in Debian only fixes bug with severity important which can cause
wrong code to be generated. The fix are very small and have been approved by
the Debian release team to migrate to testing despite the current freeze.
Hence I think the version of tcc currently in Debian qualify for a sync.

    + Correctly handle integer promotion in patch fixing incorrect shift
      result type (Closes: #679123).
  * debian/control:
    + Set myself as Maintainer instead of Aurélien Gérôme as a result of him
      being MIA (Closes: #677782).
