Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  * Add multiarch metadata to ensure build-dep satisfaction (LP: #967301)

This is included in the latest Debian upload.

  * No-change rebuild to pick up libsigsegv2 symbols fix.

    - Interval expressions are now default for GNU Awk.  Closes: #376851.
