Bug description:
  Q has a name. distro-info needs an update.

  In natty, it's in the ubuntu-dev-tools source package.
  In oneiric, it's in the distro-info source package.
  In precise and beyond, the distro-info-data package.
  Nice and simple, eh? :)

  SRU Test:
  1. ubuntu-distro-info -d --date=2012-04-28
  If you get a DistroDataOutdated exception or similar error, you have old data.
  If you see 'quantal', we're happy.
