The flashplugin-installer package was updated to 11.2.202.233ubuntu1;
however it still pulls down the adobe-flashplugin 11.2.202.228 orig
tarball from archive.canonical.com. This will start breaking eventually
when the older version gets reaped.

  Preparing to replace flashplugin-installer 11.2.202.228ubuntu3 (using .../flashplugin-installer_11.2.202.233ubuntu1_amd64.deb) ...
  Unpacking replacement flashplugin-installer ...
  Processing triggers for update-notifier-common ...
  flashplugin-installer: downloading http://archive.canonical.com/pool/partner/a/adobe-flashplugin/adobe-flashplugin_11.2.202.228.orig.tar.gz
  Installing from local file /tmp/tmpamGBHX.gz
  Flash Plugin installed.

The reason this is happening is that in the 11.2.202.233ubuntu1 update,
the debian/flashplugin-installer.{config,postinst} were updated with the
new version and sha256sums, but the debian/post-download-hook was not,
which causes the old version to get downloaded.

(Ultimately, the packaging should get fixed so that only one location
needs to be updated with the new flash version and sha256sum rather than
three, to prevent errors like this from happening again.)
