wesnoth-1.8 is the old stable version of Wesnoth. It's obsolete because
wesnoth-1.10 is the latest stable version and has been synced to precise
from Debian.

Having both versions in Ubuntu is confusing.

Please also blacklist wesnoth-1.8 since it's not been removed from
