Nope I didnot try

I forgot to specify the build-depends on petsc3.1  in the control file.
I will do that asap in -4 and check on precise when I have installed it

  Changelog entries since current precise version
  0.91.0~svn7215-3build1:

  feel++ (0.91.3-3) unstable; urgency=low

    * debian/copyright: update.
    * debian/control: remove some build-depends (e.g. python-{pyx,scipy})
      that are no longer necessary
    * debian/control: only build for amd64, i386 ia64, powerpc and
      sparc. The other architectures are not targets for feel++ which
      requires a lot of memory to compile.
