Hi Jeremy,

As we are way past feature freeze, you need to get first a FFe (Feature Freeze exception) before syncing the package.
You can find the process described there: https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess#FeatureFreeze_for_new_upstream_versions

Please provide the info requested there, and once you get the FFe,
subscribe again sponsors.

Thanks,
Fabrice

Title:
  Sync jhbuild 3.2.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Status in “jhbuild” package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  Please sync jhbuild 3.2.1-1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  This is needed since I don't believe the current jhbuild works
  for building GNOME trunk which is probably the #1 use for jhbuild.
  There's been a lot of bugfixes since 2.29.2:
  http://git.gnome.org/browse/jhbuild/tree/NEWS

  Changelog entries since current precise version 2.29.2-2:

  jhbuild (3.2.1-1) unstable; urgency=low

    [ Jeremy Bicha ]
    * New upstream release.
    * Switch to dh_python2
    * Use 3.0 (quilt)
    * debian/control.in:
      - Bump debhelper minimum to 8 and Standards-Version to 3.9.3
      - Bump intltool minimum build-dependency
      - Update long description to mention Git (Closes: #597801)
      - Add Vcs and Homepage fields
    * debian/watch: Watch for .xz releases
