This bug was fixed in the package atomix - 2.14.0-1.1ubuntu1

  * Explicitly add all the locales to the atomix package.
  * Call autoreconf and intltoolize to generate a working
    autotools setup that will generate the locales. (LP: #851928)

Title:
  translation not included in the package.

Status in “atomix” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  When atomix was part of main, the translation was in the package
  language-pack-gnome-*-base.

  Since it's in universe, the translation is not on any binary package
  but are present in the source package of atomix.

  I think the package need to be updated to add the  translation in it.
