[Bug 859512] [NEW] Please convert libdbusmenu to multiarch

Libdbusmenu is still installing libraries to /usr/lib instead of the
multarch compatible /usr/lib/$(DEB_HOST_MULTIARCH) directory. The
attached patch does the conversion.
