[Bug 849627] [NEW] make backporting xen 4.1.1 to lucid trivial

There are probably a number of people who would want to run xen 4.1.1 on
lucid.  At the moment I doubt the existing oneiric packages will work
and a trivial backport is not possible.  So here is a debdiff which can
be used to make the xen source package trivial to backport, or could be
used by the backports team to create a backport of xen 4.1.1.
