[Bug 608222] [NEW] apport-gtk has a geeky window title

When running ubuntu-bug without an argument, the user is presented with
a friendly series of questions to help narrow down their problem.
However, the window title is "apport-gtk" which is the name of the
binary and not descriptive.  A better title might be something like
"Report a problem".
