I think this can be marked as closed now. There is 2.0.3-5 in Debian and
2.0.3-5ubuntu1 in Ubuntu precise.

  It would be great if this one is dealt with after Bug #861204 (sync
  request for sunpinyin), so we can build it with new sunpinyin package.
