Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
I'm last uploader xmem and debian has been applied ubuntu patches. so i
think
we can sync xmem from debian rather than merge

Changelog in Ubuntu Oneiric:
xmem (1.20-27ubuntu1) oneiric; urgency=low

  * Makefile: Add Xmu library linker to fix FTBFS with ld --no-add-needed.
    (LP: #756017)
