  Please sync librecad 1.0.0~rc1+nolibs-4 (universe) from Debian
  unstable (main)

  fixes a minor bug which prevents the help from showing. just needed a
  depends on libqt4-sql-sqlite

  Changelog entries since current oneiric version 1.0.0~rc1+nolibs-3:
