  Please sync tclcl (1.20-4) from Debian Sid (main) to Ubuntu
  (universe). The version in Ubuntu is still an upstream RC version, and
  1.20 is the new upstream release with new features and bug fixes.

     * add -ltclcl to tclcl.pc.
