Please sync fcitx-googlepinyin (0.1.3-2) from Debian Sid (main) to
Ubuntu (universe). The Ubuntu delta is a pure rebuild, which should not
be in the way of keeping Debian and Ubuntu in sync.

Please make sure this sync request is closed after new libgooglepinyin
hits the archive, sync request detail: Bug #892219
