Could you please do a "fakeroot debian/rules clean", "bzr commit" and upload again ? It should clean the branch.

Also, you don't need to copy the file in the debian directory, you can use this line in ace-of-penguins.install instead :
games/pegged-p.png /usr/share/icons/hicolor/24x24/apps/
