Since maverick has the same version, this change should be applied to
both lucid and maverick.
https://wiki.ubuntu.com/SecurityTeam/UpdatePreparation#Update%20the%20packaging
advises using versions 0.38ubuntu3.10.04.1 and 0.38ubuntu3.10.10.1
respectively.

The patch is otherwise fine, though, so don't worry about resubmitting
debdiffs; I'll take care of the necessary minor adjustments.
