[Bug 865410] Re: UI event focus stuck in the torrent list pane

** Description changed:

- Since upgrade to oneiric (transgui 3.1) the problem began to happen:
- _very often_ (like 90% of the time), after a few mouse actions the focus
- for keyboard events and mouse events gets "stuck" in the pane displaying
- the list of torrents. After I open an options window, and try to click
- on any elements, some element of the torrent list pane gets activated
- instead. Same if I try to click elements in the main window but outside
- the torrent list. Clicking on the torrents in the list, and on the title
- elements (to change sorting order) work as expected. Even clicking on
- the "close window" decoration button of the options window does not have
- any effect. But "close window" of the main window works.

+ Use the attached path, or use the package in Precise.

+ [Test case]
+ Click around, open windows and check that keyboard and mouse events are not stuck in some part of the main window.

+ [regression potential]
+ It is very unlikely that this wil cause any kind of problem for other applications. Transgui has no reverse deps, and all the patch does is disable overlay scrollbars inside transgui.
