Please sync mutt 1.5.21-5 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  1) tokyocabinet is now in main, so there's no need to switch to gdbm
  2) lp-693244-autoview patch is added in Debian: upstream/611410-no-implicit_autoview-for-text-html.patch

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 1.5.21-2ubuntu3:

  mutt (1.5.21-5) unstable; urgency=low

written by Omen Wild (Closes: 586454)
