Bug description:
  Please sync xserver-xorg-video-tseng 1:1.2.4-2 (main) from Debian
  unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  Delta was caused by releasing a newer version before it was uploaded
  to debian because it was required by our newer xserver.

  Changelog entries since current oneiric version 1:1.2.4-0ubuntu5:

  xserver-xorg-video-tseng (1:1.2.4-2) unstable; urgency=low

    * Switch to dh:
      - Use debhelper 8.
      - Use dh-autoreconf.
      - Bump xserver-xorg-dev build-dep for dh_xsf_substvars and xsf
        debhelper sequence.
    * Remove xsfbs accordingly.
    * Update Uploaders list. Thanks, David!
    * Remove long obsolete Replaces/Conflicts.
    * Wrap Depends/Provides.
