I'm afraid no progress has been made on the documentation build issue. I
haven't been able to reproduce the issue, so my efforts have been
fruitless.

Bug description:
  Version 1.0.1 was released earlier this month with several important
  API additions and bugfixes. It would be nice to see this in next
  ubuntu release.
