  Please sync virt-viewer 0.3.1-2 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
  Debian has dropped mozilla-virt-viewer, we no longer need to carry deltas to get the
  plugin built and installed correctly.
