Binary package hint: inkscape

The X-Ubuntu-Gettext-Domain key should appear under the [Desktop Entry]
group in inkscape.desktop. At present, the key is appended to
inkscape.desktop by "debian/rules install". However, a recent patch to
the desktop.in file (LP: #676886) is now applied by dpatch, which adds a
new group to the desktop file. This means that the translation domain
key is added to the wrong group in the file.
