Local pbuilder amd64 build completed successfully, and package tested
locally.  Please consider sponsoring the new version.

- All Ubuntu changes are now included in Debian, so I guess we can resync.
- We need to check that the latest Debian package builds correctly in
- Ubuntu before we go ahead.  Debian changelog head:
