There is at least one new feature - "Add support for outlined text." so
it will need a Feature Freeze exception. Can you follow the process
outlined on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/FreezeExceptionProcess and
resubscribe ubuntu-sponsors when exception has been granted? Thanks in
