[Bug 585079] [NEW] missing mimetype for webm format

You have been subscribed to a public bug by Sebastien Bacher (seb128):

.webm files are not currently among the formats recognized by ubuntu,
though totem will play them fine (if you have the corresponding vp8
plugins for gstreamer).

Currently, they are being detected as application/octet-stream, but they
should be something else so that they open directly with Totem, that
they show up as a video type, and that they can be thumbnailed.

Don't know exactly what is the mimetype component I should report this
bug on.
