Title:
fwts cstates test does not work with 2.6.38 kernels - it needs to use
  the new /sys interface

Status in “fwts” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: fwts

The cstates experimental test does not work on natty.

It needs to use /sys/devices/system/cpu interface to get C state
activity rather than the deprecated /proc/acpi/processor interface.
