Bug description:
  While trying to rebuild Claws (see bug 724416) I ran into a failure to
  build the pgpcore plugin.  This was ultimately traced to an incorrect
  dependency_libs entry in the /usr/lib/libgpgme.la file.  It currently
  points to /lib/libgpg-error.la but that file actually exists in
  /usr/lib/libgpg-error.la.  A no change local rebuild confirms that the
  correct path will be picked up.

  I just need a sponsor to upload a new no-change version of gpgme1.0 .
