  Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
   Patch about SSE2 adopted in Debian, 
   Build depend on gcc-4.3 only for sparc platform not affecting Ubuntu
   Built successfully in Oneiric Alpha1

    * Fix dependencies on libgmp-dev (closes: #617207).
