Please sync packagekit 0.6.14-2 (main) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
All Ubuntu changes are backports from the Debian branch or have already
been applied to the Debian branch.
So dropping the Ubuntu changes should be safe, as everything already is
in the Debian pkg.
Syncing this package will also fix some bugs reported agains Ubuntu-PackageKit.
