thanks for checking this package, it builds in a clean oneiric chroot.
In future please assign the sync bug to the package and subscribe ubuntu-sponsors so it is not overlooked.
the request-sync script in the ubuntu-dev-tools package does the necessary steps for you.

Title:
Please sync osmo 0.2.10+svn922-2 (universe) from debian unstable
(main)
Status in “osmo” package in Ubuntu:
New
Bug description:
In the last merge of osmo from Debian to Ubuntu, the only remaining
change was the build-dependency change for the webkit transition:
osmo (0.2.10+svn922-1ubuntu1) oneiric; urgency=low
* Merge from debian experimental. Remaining changes:
- Change build-depends from libwebkit-dev to libwebkitgtk-dev as a
part of webkit transition.
The last upload of osmo (0.2.10+svn922-2) to unstable merges this change into debian. The only change relative to the version in Ubuntu is not to explicitly install the manpage in debian/rules which is done by upstream anyway (also in the current Ubuntu version).
osmo (0.2.10+svn922-2) unstable; urgency=low
* debian/control:
- change build dependency from libwebkit-dev to libwebkitgtk-dev
* debian/rules:
- don't install manpage, done by upstream
Thus, the Ubuntu changes can be overwritten and the osmo be synced from debian unstable.
Thanks a lot for your great work,
Eike
