Please sync openmpi 1.4.3-2.1 (universe) from Debian unstable (main)

Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The ubuntu changes are now added into debian.

We can sync this package again, so there is no delta anymore.
Package builds fine on amd64.

openmpi (1.4.3-2) unstable; urgency=low
