Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
parseargs.c got renamed. This builds with C++ now.

Package builds fine, so we can sync!

  * rules: Rename parseargs.c --> parseargs.cpp so it builds with c++
    compiler.  Required for Poppler > 0.15.  Closes: #618829.
