Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The only change in Ubuntu is changing the maintainer. We can sync this without problem.
Also the package builds fine.

Changelog entries since current oneiric version 2.0.2-1ubuntu1:

xsunpinyin (2.0.3-1) unstable; urgency=low

  * New upstream release 2.0.3.
  * Upload to unstable.
  * Update VCS field in debian/control.
  * Remove README.source, it's no meaning now.
