Title:
busybox httpd does not have CGI support

Status in “busybox” package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Released

Bug description:
  Binary package hint: busybox

As the title says, busybox's httpd does not have CGI support enabled,
which would actually help with testing CGI scripts meant for
  deployment in embedded environments locally.
