This looks good to me.

It drops a lot of symbols without an SONAME bump, but those symbols have
not been exposed in any public headers.

Bug description:
  Please upload utouch-grail 1.0.18 to Ubuntu. The changes are binary
  compatible with 1.0.18 and includes an optional stable API. Old
  programs will run and compile fine against this new package.
