Proposed another merge which install the gtk-api doc with the packages
libnm-glib-dev and libnm-util-dev (as debian does). See

  nm version from natty (0.8.3+git.20101219t181118.e919218-0ubuntu1)
  does not build the html docs used by devhelp.
